These terms apply to anyone using the Palestine Techno Park website (technopark.ps), including the members of the Palestine Diaspora Technology Network. By using the site you accept them.

Who we are

The website is run by Palestine Techno Park (PTP), Palestinian Museum Street, Birzeit, 71939 Ramallah, Palestine. You can reach us at [email protected].

Using the website

You may browse the site, read and share its pages, and use its forms for their purpose. Please do not:

• send false information, or information about another person without their permission;
• use the forms, the member directory or member messages to send advertising, spam or anything abusive or unlawful;
• copy the member directory or collect members' details in bulk;
• try to get into parts of the site that are not open to you, interfere with how it works, or overload it with automated requests.

Diaspora Network membership

Membership of the Network is reviewed by the Palestine Techno Park team, which decides whether to approve an application. If you are a member:

• keep your profile accurate, and keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account;
• what you choose to show on your public profile can be seen by anyone, and you can change it or hide your profile from the directory at any time from your member dashboard;
• by publishing your profile you allow us to display the details you have chosen to show on this website;
• treat other members with respect when you message them.

We may edit or remove a profile, hide a photo, or suspend or remove a membership that breaks these terms or the purpose of the Network.

Content on this website

The text, photos, videos and logos on this site belong to Palestine Techno Park or to the partners and people who provided them. You are welcome to link to our pages and to quote short extracts with a credit to Palestine Techno Park. Any other use, including reusing photos or logos, needs our permission or the owner's.

Other websites

The site links to, and embeds content from, websites we do not run, such as partners' sites, social networks and event registration forms hosted by partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is: information about programmes, events and dates can change, and the site may sometimes be unavailable. Please check important details with us before relying on them.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Palestine Techno Park is not liable for loss or damage arising from using this website, from the site being unavailable, or from relying on its content.
