Before heading into the competition, participants had the privilege of attending exclusive training sessions with experts and mentors who guided them in sharpening their skills in essential areas like identifying problems and solutions, business model design, and financial strategies.
Here are the highlights from these impactful sessions:
The Lean Canvas model was explored in depth, helping participants design innovative business models for their eco-startups. Rima’s session focused on empowering participants to craft strong, competitive strategies and to think creatively about how to turn their ideas into sustainable businesses.
A crucial session that focused on financial planning and budgeting for startups. Omar taught participants how to navigate the complex financial landscape, ensuring that their green ventures would be both financially sustainable and strategically viable in the long run.
In this session, participants were equipped with presentation skills to confidently present their projects to the judges. Tamer’s training provided the tools needed to communicate ideas clearly, engage audiences, and effectively showcase their innovative solutions.
