Creative Solutions Hackathon: Furniture Sector
Selected participants engaged in important sessions led by industry experts, gaining valuable knowledge on topics such as sustainable design and green environmental practices. Participants worked on enhancing their creative ideas to tackle challenges in the furniture industry and develop their solutions.
These solutions were presented to the judging panel on Sunday, October 27, with Team “Furnivision” winning the first prize of $4500, which will be used to support the development of their ideas and drive them towards implementation.
This hackathon is part of the activities of the Creative Center at Palestine TechnoPark, organized in collaboration with the Small Projects Center (SEC) and supported by the Small and Medium Enterprises Competitiveness and Growth Enhancement Program (SMCGP), implemented by the Global Communities Foundation and funded by the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) to enhance innovation in the furniture sector.
