Palestinian Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy and Palestine TechnoPark Sign MoU to Boost Technology Sector

The Palestinian Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy and Palestine TechnoPark have formalized their commitment to advancing the technology sector in Palestine through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement aims to bolster technological infrastructure and enhance innovation and entrepreneurship in the region.

Palestine, is dedicated to fostering sustainable development by partnering with various local sectors and institutions.

Palestine TechnoPark, on the other hand, focuses on promoting sustainable economic growth and creating new opportunities for Palestinian youth. Its mission includes transferring new technologies, supporting entrepreneurs and startups, facilitating research and development, attracting global companies, and sharing technical knowledge and expertise from partner countries.

Under this MoU, both parties will collaborate on several key areas, including research and development, attracting global tech companies, developing the Palestinian diaspora network established by TechnoPark, and exchanging expertise. The partnership also aims to support innovation and entrepreneurship within the technology sector.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Abdul Razzaq Al-Natsheh, Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, and Mr. Ala Alaeddin, Vice Chairman of Palestine TechnoPark. The signing ceremony was attended by Engineer Jameel Daher, TechnoPark Board Member, and Ms. Walaa Samara, Director of Projects at TechnoPark, along with Ms. Rania Jabr, Director of the Innovation Unit at the Ministry.
