This pioneering initiative aims to connect Palestinian technology professionals with Palestinians mentor from the diaspora , offering personalized guidance and exposure to real-world expertise.
With a vision to uplift, empower, and transform careers, Tech Circles harnesses the power of mentorship, especially during challenging times. Through one-on-one relationships and skill development resources, the program seeks to foster resilience, unlock potential, and pave the way for long-term success in Palestine's innovation sector.
Tech Circles has several key objectives:
Support Continued Learning and Skill Development: The program focuses on enhancing the skills of Palestinian tech professionals through peer mentorship and career guidance, fostering growth and recovery.

Criteria for Mentees:
Open to all career stages, including recent graduates, professionals, and students from the West Bank and Gaza.
Specialization in tech fields such as software, data, cybersecurity, UI/UX, or project management.
Demonstrate motivation, commitment, and clear goals.
Open to feedback and eager to learn.
Strong communication skills are essential.
Residents of the West Bank and Gaza looking to enhance their career path.
Criteria for Mentors:
Industry Experience: Mentors must have at least 5 years of professional experience in the tech industry, demonstrating success and hands-on expertise with relevant technologies and tools.
Specialized Expertise: They should have specialized knowledge in specific tech areas, such as software development, data analytics, cybersecurity, UI/UX design, or project management, to offer valuable insights.
Communication Skills: Effective communication is essential, with the ability to simplify complex concepts, listen actively, and provide constructive feedback.
Empathy and Support: Mentors should show empathy, patience, and support, creating a trusting environment for mentees to share challenges and seek guidance.
Networking: A strong network within the tech industry is important, allowing mentors to provide mentees with opportunities like internships, job referrals, or partnerships.
Commitment: Mentors must commit to at least 2 hours per month over 6 months, actively participating in sessions and offering timely guidance.
Residency and Background: Mentors should be Palestinian in diaspora , to provide culturally relevant guidance and support to Palestinian mentees in the West Bank and Gaza.
