On 18 December , the Palestine Technopark, in partnership with the Tasdeer project and the Union of Food Industries, conducted a workshop at the Technopark on the theme of "Introducing Technology in the Food Industry Sector". The event brought together a diverse group of participants, including representatives from companies in the food industry and instructors from universities throughout the West Bank.
The workshop provided a platform for discussions on ways to enhance the relationship between academia and the private sector in the food industry. Attendees had the opportunity to share their expertise and insights on the latest technologies and trends in the field and explore potential collaborations between industry and academia.
