الأستاذ معتز أبو غزالة خبير تقني والمؤسس الشريك لشركة MAG Tech.ai. يكتسب خبرته من عمله في تطوير حلول ذكاء اصطناعي متقدمة مثل أنظمة Multi-Agent Systems، كما ساهم في تعزيز التحول الرقمي للعديد من الشركات الكبرى، وهو محاضر ضيف في جامعات مرموقة مثل جامعة التكنولوجيا في سيدني.
برنامج Brain Gain مبادرة رائدة أطلقتها الحديقة التكنولوجية الفلسطينية ضمن شبكة فلسطين التقنية للشتات (Palestine Diaspora Technology Network)، تهدف إلى الاستفادة من خبرة الشتات الفلسطيني لدفع الابتكار والتنمية في فلسطين من خلال ندوات متخصصة يقودها خبراء من مختلف المجالات التكنولوجية.

Mutaz Abu Ghazaleh is a tech expert and Co-Founder of MAG Tech.ai. He draws his expertise from developing advanced AI solutions such as multi-agent systems, has contributed to driving digital transformation for major corporations, and is a guest lecturer at prestigious universities including the University of Technology Sydney.
Brain Gain is a pioneering initiative launched by Palestine TechnoPark as part of the Palestine Diaspora Technology Network. It aims to bridge local and diaspora tech talent, strengthen technological capabilities in Palestine, and boost innovation through expert-led webinars, knowledge exchange and meaningful global connection.
