"Speeder" Training of Trainers: Future Coaches Equipped to Make Impact in Palestine's Startup Scene.

From January 15th to 18th, the "Speeder" Training of Trainers program took place at Palestine Technopark, providing a select group of 11 future coaches with expert guidance and skills to make a positive impact in Palestine's startup scene. Led by Laurent Mikolajczak from Ovation, participants spent four days diving deep into the art of coaching and learning how to effectively support startups.

The "Speeder" Training of Trainers program was a  journey filled with learning, laughter, and inspiration. On day one, the training officially launched with a focus on the importance and opportunities of becoming a coach for startups. Day two saw participants diving deep into the use of interviews to improve understanding of customer pains and gains, and identify key hypotheses by engaging early adopters. Day three was all about mastering the art of interviewing and revamping the pains and gains using the Problem Condition Canvas, while also uncovering the hidden gems of coaching and getting ready to design their own Masterclass. On the final day, the trainers explored the art of coaching attitude and debate, and dove into local examples to bring the tools to life. With the training now moving online for the next few weeks, the participants are fully equipped and excited to continue their journey and implement what they've learned with the startups selected for the "Speeder" Acceleration Program.
