On November 5th, PTP organized an interactive workshop on creating and editing good CVs for the Tech sector. The workshop was led by Hazem Khattab, an expert in the field of job searching and resume writing.

The objective of the workshop was to help job seekers in the tech sector, specifically new graduates or those making a career change or developing additional skills to move up in a role. The workshop covered a range of topics, including exploring the career path, job search strategy in tech and resume basics, creating a targeted resume and cover letter, networking and LinkedIn, interview skills and negotiating an offer, and getting your resume reviewed by an expert.

The attendees were actively engaged and participated in interactive exercises, such as creating their own targeted resumes and cover letters. Hazem provided valuable tips on how to create a good CV, how to avoid common mistakes, and how to raise their chances throughout their CV. He also discussed the importance of having a good LinkedIn profile and provided tips on how to optimize it for job searching.

The workshop also included a session where attendees had the opportunity to have their resumes reviewed by an expert and receive feedback on how to improve them. Overall, the workshop was a great success, and we received positive feedback from the attendees.

We are happy to be the platform that helps job seekers in the tech sector open the door to new career goals and opportunities. We believe that the knowledge and skills gained during this workshop will be invaluable in helping the attendees land their dream jobs in the tech sector. We look forward to organizing similar workshops in the future to help empower our community in achieving their career goals.
