The Palestine India Techno Park (PITP) and the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence (HCIE) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
The Palestine India Techno Park, represented by its Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Abullatif AbuHijlah, and the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence represented by its Chairman, Mr. Adnan Samarah, signed on Thursday 23rd of October, 2019 a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a joint cooperation between the two parties.
The signing of the MoU was attended by Dr. AbdulLatif Abu Hajla, M. Saad Abdul Hadi, M. Aladdin, Rasim Sawan, Mustafa Ali from the Palestine Techno Park and Mr. Adnan Samara and Mr. Ziad Touma from the Higher Council for Innovation and Excellence.
The memorandum stipulates the need for cooperation to raise awareness and instill an entrepreneurial and innovative culture in the field of modern technology. The partnership seeks to achieve this goal through the various activities that they will host together, and of whose objectives are to transfer knowledge, promote technologies, and provide innovative and applied solutions for the development of the sector. The activities include workshops dedicated to various technologies and their applications including Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and its applications, modern financial technology and its role in driving the fourth Industrial Revolution, and finally the development of scientific designs and prototypes and their production at innovation labs.
