Under this track, we assist entrepreneurs in developing, modifying, and validating their business plans and models. Preincubation service package includes:

• Logistics support through access to coworking spaces where entrepreneurs can work on their projects, interact with each other, and attend public events.
• Foundation building and piloting: helping entrepreneurs to develop market-validated plans, feasibility analyses, action plans, and targets.
• Strategic advisory: helping entrepreneurs define their strategic goals and plan a roadmap for success.
• Mentorship support: connecting entrepreneurs with mentors who will provide one-on-one sessions throughout the program.
• Networking support: connecting entrepreneurs with partners, cofounders, and other startups in less formal settings and networking events.
• Monitoring and evaluation services are provided as a continuous process, which includes continuous follow-ups and reporting on the startup's progress.
