Palestine Techno Park (PTP) invites 'expressions of interest’ from knowledge- based and creative enterprises in High Tech, interested in joining the PTP community at the Palestine- India Techno Park (PITP) Flagship Building.
The PTP offers a selection of a variety of office spaces with exceptional views and areas starting from 40 sqm, with flexible interiors to allow for expansion as needed. Key benefits also include; proximity to Ramallah City, proximity to Birzeit University Campus and clustering with other companies.
Applicants will be required to rent the available spaces with flexible interior fit- out arrangements and options.
Priority will be given to the following:
- Companies doing R&D
- Companies working on innovative solutions and require access to the PITP innovation labs
- Companies working with AI, Robotics, IOT, Fintech, or cutting edge technologies.
- Companies intending to adopt innovative solutions and create spin-offs.
PTP is a non-profit organisation established in 2016 and is a full-time member of the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP), a leading global network for science parks and areas of innovation. Palestine Techno Park aims to help knowledge-based enterprises and creative & technology clusters who want to grow and operate successfully locally, regionally and globally by creating a national infrastructure, business environment and culture and by helping them seed, grow and commercialise business opportunities.
PTP received a generous donation from the Republic of India in order to develop the Palestine – India Techno Park project, which will include the development of the PITP building.
The PITP Building skeleton works were completed in 2018 and the internal finishes works are in progress and shall be completed in 2019.
The PITP Building is located in Birzeit and strategically enjoys a central location of North and South of the West Bank. It is also in close proximity to Ramallah (less than 15 minutes away by car), with very good transportation links.
The PITP Building anticipate to house entrepreneurs, innovators, technology start-ups, local and international Technology and Innovation companies, local and international universities’ R&D offices…etc. It is envisioned to initiate a COLLABORATIVE, INTERACTIVE and FLEXIBLE business environment and to cultivate a sense of COMMUNITIES.
The PITP building features 7 floors with a total built-up area of 9,500 m2. It is designed to accommodate an ECOSYSTEM of spaces that breed innovation and features distinctive design elements to create communities and emphasise connectivity.

SUBMISSION OF EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Interested applicants are required to deliver their expression of interest documents incorporating company profiles, contact information and space needs to the premises of PTP in Birzeit or email the documents to email@example.com. PTP shall accept applications on rolling basis and organise tours to showcase the available spaces.
